Financial Protection

All BAWTA members have voluntarily agreed to protect advance payments by clients. Even though this is not a requirement of the Package Travel Regulations, it effectively gives the same guarantee to coach operators as they in turn must give to their passengers.

This scheme is subject to independent audit each year.
